Why Your Clothes Don’t Fit But You Are Perfect
Yes you are gorgeous. You are perfect just the way you are. Mass market clothing is not being made for you as an individual, to fit and flatter (which is why you need to expect alterations). It’s about selling to the most people possible (it’s about making money, not making you look and feel great).
Next time you’re in a change room and something doesn’t make you look great, I want you to remember this and say to yourself:
Don’t let the clothes make you feel bad or that your body is anything less than perfect. Love your body, it’s the only one you have.
Why don’t you Write a letter to your body and give it some love
Look in the mirror and say to yourself out loud “You are perfect and I love you”. Do this every day! Our brains are wired to believe what they hear (and I bet you’ve been doing a lot more negative self-talk than positive, it’s time to make a change).
Don’t think you have style and are stuck in a rut? Then why not start on my Evolve Your Style 31 day challenge to help you start to see yourself differently (it really is life-changing). Forcing yourself out of your comfort zone will help you reassess your style and find a more positive way of seeing yourself.
If you really want to understand what works for you, then head over to 7 Steps to Style and discover exactly what works so you stop wasting money on the wrong clothes and start feeling authentically attractive and stylish.
Consider figure diversity
